The Germany Opportunity Card is a newly introduced initiative for non-EU skilled workers, enabling them to enter Germany without a job offer and search for employment on the ground. This immigration pathway is specifically designed to fill Germany’s labor market gaps with international talent.
Issued for a period of one year, the Opportunity Card enables jobseekers to live in Germany legally, network with employers, and attend interviews — all while working part-time to support their stay.
